This event is given to the community by the host as a benefit to the community with the goal of bringing people together. The hope is that each attendee will leave with some new knowledge, a new connection, or new possibilities for building business.

With over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I help business owners build a robust company credit profile and score that enables them to access capital, manage cash flow, and grow their operations. I work with corporations to assume all liabilities and obligations that the owner personally guarantees, creating a complete separation of financial and legal risks between personal and business assets.

I am also the President of the Small Manufacturers Institute (SMI) and Executive Director of the San Fernando Valley NTMA, a non-profit organization that supports the profitability and sustainability of manufacturing firms across the state. SMI and NTMA coordinate local stakeholder networks to develop and implement workforce strategies that address the skilled labor challenges and opportunities in the industry. SMI and NTMA are also partnered with the California Metals Coalition to advocate for the interests and needs of manufacturers in public settings, providing policy recommendations and solutions based on industry barriers. Personally, I have an extensive background as a machinist, manager, entrepreneur, and collaborator.
