My Story:
After earning my education in Electronic Engineering, I gained much of my experience in large corporate operations by working for the second-largest computer company in the world. With the PC beginning to change the computer industry and Digital Equipment Corporation beginning to downsize, I negotiated an early retirement package and started an entrepreneurial quest to learn more about smaller businesses and computerized accounting.

I began to develop new process engineering protocols while using several different accounting packages with manufacturing companies. Success as a CTO led me to take on other clients who needed my services. I later partnered with and eventually purchased several companies, sold them, and began building new relationships to help other businesses. I was fortunate to land with several companies to learn additional skill sets.

Additionally, in 1990, I created one of the first remote positions for my wife so she could stay home when we started a family. Utilizing her experience in flexible packaging, we started and maintained similar companies until merging with Hercules in July 2019. In February 2020, I joined Hercules in their packaging division to help grow sales, which increased 22% in 2020 and 33% in 2021. With such extreme increases, all new systems and human capital were needed, creating infrastructure challenges, and sales for 2022 were flat. It was then decided to obtain new sales leadership, so in March of 2023, I began my transition while training my replacement and then left in September 2023.

I started Assurance Business Concepts LLC to focus on solutions for business challenges. I am so grateful to have found J.Galt Finance Suite, which can help most small and medium-sized companies with the number 1 problem businesses have: cash flow.
