Sean McCormack is a unique blend of entrepreneurial and large company (McKesson,
Pfizer) experience. In either setting, his ability to recognize and seize new business
opportunities well ahead of the competition has been an important factor in his being ranked #1
in every position held nationally.
Opening new markets and making startups credible, productive, profitable competitors are
among his hallmarks. He has created and implemented successful business plans, and built
productive sales teams and distribution networks. In every position he has held, he and his
teams have driven sales to unprecedented levels.
Functionally, he is broad with experience and accomplishments in P&L management, key
account management, business and commercial development, national and regional
management, and new market development. He has led turnarounds and startups, and has
made well run productive organizations better.
He is tenacious and has a genuine passion for leadership. Others have described him as
loyal and versatile with an unwavering commitment to accomplishing business objectives.
Highly competitive in his personal and business life, he has won three Jacksonville Marathons,
one Savannah Marathon, and three U.S. Military Championship Marathons.
Additionally, Sean served 20 years in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer, retiring in
2006 with the rank of Commander. Sean completed over 30 combat missions in Operation
Desert Storm as a Mission Commander, earning the Navy Commendation Medal.
Sean is the grand nephew of John W. McCormack, who served as Speaker of the House for
a decade, including the JFK administration.
Well educated, his MBA is from Georgia Southern University and his BS in Marketing is
from, Merrimack College. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Leadership from Liberty
Univesity.
