As the CEO/President-Residential Aquatics at The Amenity Collective, I lead the growth, retention, service, and development of teams across eight locations in the US. I have a BS in Business from the University of North Texas and a passion for delivering high-quality and personalized solutions to customers and communities.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial spirit, achieving success in various organizations and markets. I have excelled in training, leading, and motivating others to succeed while overseeing all business operations, including sales, operations, recruiting, training, and integration of acquisitions. I have also received multiple honors and awards for my outstanding performance and contributions to the industry.
