Thanks for taking the time to learn about me! I've got 25 years of leadership experience in the Air Force, non-profit, and corporate arenas. This includes deep experience in driving sales, developing talent and culture, and re-engineering operations. I believe we earn the right to lead others and I work hard to lead from the front in a transparent, inspiring, and accountable way every single day.
In the sales arena, I've developed a strong consultative style in the B2B, B2C, and retail environments, most noticeably in the medical and staffing industries. I have never NOT met my target and have multiple award-winning years, including serving as Sales Management in retail medical and staffing industries. Most recently, I developed a sales training process and led my entire company in how we train and employ our clinical sales pros...we added an extra $4.7M in Q4 because of my leadership and execution.
In the operations arena, I have served as both an HR and operations manager, having directly supervised a total of over 1,500 people (over many years across 11 states and (currently) in 26 different locations; each having their own P&L and operations tempo. I have been personally responsible for up to $16.8M in P&L revenue generation and have walked multiple organizations through reorganization/turnaround operations.
Most notably, I build great teams and great cultures. My work as a counselor and public speaker have honed my communication abilities to help build collaborative environments and find solutions everyone can get behind. In the first year of my current role, I took over the largest region in the US and took it to #2 globally for employee engagement and #1 in exceeding targets (on $12.8 annum).
In the medical industry, I have served as a clinical sales trainer and consultant for a biotech and a pharmaceutical company, and most recently helped the #3 retail hearing aid manufacturer (my current employer) revolutionize how the industry goes to market with a new model for service. "Patient First" was my collaborative creation and is delivering significant increases in patient care & satisfaction, profitability, and employee satisfaction.
